Bonjour chers gentoistes,
J'ai recupere des videos des RMLL ( Rencontres mondiales du logiciel libre) 2006 ici : http://free-electrons.com/communaute/videos/conferences . Elles sont au format theora mais avec mplayer, je ne peux pas me deplacer dedans et avec xine, ca rame a 100% du CPU. Voila l'affichage de xine:

Salut !
à première vue je t'aurai dis mettre le USE theora pour mplayer (parce que j'ai eu le même problème avec des matroska, et après avoir recompilé mplayer avec le USE matroska je pouvais me déplacer dedans) mais j'ai vu qu'il est activé chez toi.
Pour ce qui est de Xine, j'ai le même problème, dès que je lis des vidéos / DVD mon CPU mon à 30-40% !!! alors qu'avec mplayer c'est 6-10% ...
Le problème m'interesse aussi ^___^

Salut kaworu,
En fait, j'ai reussi a voir les videos correctement avec totem mais on ne peut pas dire que le probleme soit resolu. Meme avec totem, la lecture est fluide mais le processeur est pris à 40-50% alors que pour des DVD, ca doit etre 20% alors que le format est un peu plus grand. Sur l'IRC de theora, on m'a dit que theora prenait plus de CPU que le MPEG-2 mais la ca me parait important quand meme. |
