|
|
I'm trying to rip a cd to mp3 files using kaudiocreator and whilst everything appears to function correctly, when I go to play the resulting file all I get is silence. I get the same result using k3b and ripperX to rip, and wonder if the problem lies with lame. Anyone got any suggestions, I'm using ~x86-64.

Its not a copy protected Cd is it? Have you tried an older CD without copy protection? |

It's around 15 years old so pre-dates most copy protection. Besides, it plays perfectly on my computer so I assume this isn't the problem. Thanks for trying to help though |

Had the same problem with the cdparanoia version included.
Used the current svn and it worked fine.
BUG: 137122 - cdparanoia rips silence
