Compiling goes without problems on gcc3.1 (athlon-tbird -O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer)
I did have some trouble running it, maybe related to X and/or truetype fonts, but fixed that as well. ( https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?p=21053 ) |

How about the binary plugins (java, flash etc.) that don't seem to work with gcc 3.1 compiled mozilla? I think it's caused by plugins compiled with older gcc or something.. |

Moz doesnt compile with -march=pentium4 .. and the problem is an internal compiler error (gcc3.1 doesnt even compile itself with march=pentium4)... _________________ Tester
