salve a tutti,
ieri ho fatto l'aggiornamento di apache 2.0.58-r2 (marcato stabile) ma a quanto pare non va un granchè bene, ecco il tail dell'error log:

non capisco come mai, ma mi cerca i files non piu nella dir /var/www/localhost/htdocs/ ma in /usr e cmq è pieno di segfaults... qualcuno vive lo stesso problema o mi tocca provare a tornare alla versione precedente?
lascio pure l'emerge di apache in verbose, dovesse server per vedere le flags in uso sul mio sistema.

già questo è strano.
la tua versione di apache, di default, tiene i logs in /usr/lib/apache2 , mentre tu li cerchi nella vecchia collocazione.
Penso che, quanto meno, ti manchi un etc-update.
Fai prima un backup della configurazione attuale e assicurati di poter ripristinare una versione funzionante, perchè in passato ricordo che erano sorti dei problemi con gli upgrade di apache (che adesso tuttavia dovrebbero essere superati).

ho avuto anche io lo stesso problema, e ho fatto il downgrade alla versione precedente (che non differisce dalla -r2 visto che è la stessa release con solo la patch applicata da Longinotti per aggiungere il supporto a mpm-itk). La cosa strana è che è marcata 'stable', quando non mi pare lo sia (a me è successo su tutti i webserver con apache2)
