Hi,
I'm trying to boot the 2006.0 IA64 CD on a RX-2600 and it's getting as far as:

Code:

Loading initrd \efi\boot\gentoo.igz ...done

then it hangs.
I have a serial console plugged into the system and I'm booting the gentoo-serial kernel.
Are there any tricks to making it work?
