New Project: Adopt a Developer

Traditionally, it wasn't clear how one would go about donating a piece of hardware, a technical book, a shell account, or anything else to a Gentoo developer. Also, there was no central place for developers to say, "hey, I could really use X so I can do Y which would help improve project Z." The new User Relations sub-project, Adopt a Developer, hopes to change that. The project aims to connect developers who need resources with people and companies from the community who want to donate resources. The concept, along with a list of developer requests and community member offers, is on the project page. Since this is a completely new endeavor and we are still working out all of the bugs, the project is in beta. For now, we will only deal with small items (less than $100 USD).
