emerge Samba not downloading components

Hi

Am new here so please bare with me if I seem a little slow and or miss certain things.

Trying to get samba onto a fresh install, network is working fine, can access internet perfectly however when I try emerge samba it fails to download attr-2.4.19.src.tar.gz from any of the places it automatically looks.

Is there a way to make it look in other locations, if so how and if not what is the best workaround for this?
