Extract IV's from cap file [SOLVED]

Hello! I'm trying to crack neighbours wireless. I have about million IV's. This is taking a lot of space. I didn't know about IV option in airodump... :roll:
Is there any tool to extract IV's from .cap file and then saves them in .iv format for aircrack?
