|
|
Hi,
I successfully installed a gentoo box with KDE 3.5.. I want to enable the following functionality:
In live CD environments like Knoppix, whenever a user attaches a USB Flash Drive (PEN), it automaticaly gets mounted and a Desktop Shortcut is created. This is very useful for people who are not farmiliar with mounting.
I actually have a Centralized login scheme with about 50 Pcs and trying to deploy gentoo. I want to enable above 'auto mount facility' for all my users.
Is it possible?. If so How?
Thanks in advance,
Asanka. |

Hi Asanka,
I _think_ IVMan Howto is what you are looking for.
