Bonsoir,
j'ai encore un problème avec la mise en place de mon serveur mail :oops:

Il s'agit toujours de cette article : http://www.gentoo.org/doc/fr/qmail-howto.xml

Je coince à l'étape : 4. Courier POP/IMAP

b2 courier-imap # emerge -pv net-mail/courier-imap

L'installation se déroule tout à fait normalement.
Le problème arrive au lancement des services :

b2 courier-imap # /etc/init.d/courier-pop3d start
* Starting courier-pop3d ... [ !! ]

PS : le résultat est le même avec la version ssl.
Je ne sais pas comment faire pour que celà marche et je ne sais pas non plus quelles autres informations je peux vous fournir.

Je ne vais malheureusement pas pouvoir t'aider mais ton probleme ressemble étrangement au mien meme si moi ce n'est pas une nouvelle installation.
je vais donc suivre egalement ton post de près.
Mais à tout hasad peux tu donner plus d'infos sur ta version de gentoo, versions de logicielles (courier-imap 4.0.1 :?:

) ...........

il se passe quelque chose si tu essayes de lancer à la main? C'est à dire:

Sinon, regarde aussi s'il y a des process qui tournent déja:

Je propose pour ce cas un :

/usr/sbin/mkpop3dcert

Meme en non ssl, le démon demande les certificats pour démarrer (pour le TLS)...
J'ai eu le même problème pour l'imap (/usr/sbin/mkimapdcert)

Et si justement tu le lances à la main après que le script courier-authlib soit lancé? (désolé d'insister

)

Sinon tu n'as rien dans tes logs à propos de ça?
