I have a machine with "only" 1gb of ram.
I try to install a program that check during the installation process if there are at least 2gb of ram on the machine.
Is there a way to simulate 1gb of ram? |

What program is that? That seems pretty crazy.
Do you have a swap partition? That kind of "simulates" having more RAM, since it'll write to the swap if it runs out of physical memory. _________________ Carlton Stedman

The program is Oracle Collaboration Suite (Infrastructure and application on the same host).
There are two checks:
- One for the swap size
- One for the physical memory size |
