Anyway to get an SGI O2 not to power back up after a power outage?
As we had pretty sever thunderstorms with lightning just now in Stockholm, my wife informed me the power was up a down a couple of times at the house. All of my Gentoo machines there (x86 and ppc) went down with the power outage and did not try to automatically reboot. However, the SGI O2s did. I assume this is a hardware feature of the O2s, but haven't found anything on it googling around. Anyone know if there is a way to control this behavor?
Wish I could say I had UPS at home, but no such luck. On the other hand, my wife got a nice little serenade--more sound that one typically gets from the O2s |

I can't say I've had that happen... but then again, the power doesn't go out that often where I am. _________________ Stuart Longland (a.k.a Redhatter, VK4MSL)
