Yes, i would finally know if:
1) it is possible to have Xgl with direct rendering enable (firefox scrolling is very very slow and i can't play movies in full screen)
2) or...Xgl use indirect rendering...so what i can do?

Answer: the current state of intel drivers allows for basic XGL compositing effects, but no XV acceleration, in other words slow video while running XGL.

by design DRI doesn't work with XGL, or at least it isn't reported with glxinfo even though it does successfully enable in the driver.

You can play fullscreen videos faster with the "undirect....fullscreen" option but that is about it.

You can use beryl + aiglx (x.org) + xf86-video-i810. It runs really great
