Hi,
I want my ipod to automount when i connect it to my laptop. How can this be done? Udev and hal?

Hi Alexander,
I'm also trying those things. It should be possible only with udev. Maybe you find an answer on this page:
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Udev
But the problem with this rule is: You can't create a directory (when plugging your iPod) name iPod or something, because it does not include the identification of the device! If you don't need an identification the above method should work. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks logical for me.
