powernow-k8 undervolt patch (use your own P-States)

Hello

I have created a patch for the powernow-k8 cpufreq driver.
You are now able to set your own freq/volt pairs as module parameters.

Have a closer look at the readme.

Its working fine on my 3200+ but as always use at your own risk.
