|
|
Hi all,
Just finished installing a fresh copy of Gentoo on my desktop but I;m having a problem mounting my USB Floppy drive. When I insert a disk and attempt to mount it I get the following error.
Code: | Method "Mount" with signature "ssas" on interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" doesn't exist |
I've searched Google but could not find an answer to this issue. It seems to be kinda widespread but no answers. If anybody has any suggestions please help.
Thanks |

Yes I did and it throws up a wrong fs error, tried auto, vfat, and msdos. I know the disk is good because I've booted from it before. I also tried it on my laptop which is running Kubuntu and get the same result. |
