Sure just compile it with the proper optimization variables you set in /etc/make.conf, bzip your entire / directory being sure to keep all the proper permissions, burn it to cd, use some type of boot disk ( the small gentoo iso is a great rescue disk), prep the harddrive, mount the partitons, decompress your precompiled system, edit you /etc/fstab, chroot, setup grub/lilo, compile your kernel and copy it to your /boot, and finally you should be able reboot into your new gentoo box.
