X Window -> Second screen fullscreen overlay

Hi,
I have a program that does inside the window drawing. It uses X. To be specific, it is Vice, the Commodore computer emulator.
It doesn't have a true fullscreen mode. I want to 'redirect' the window output of the program to another screen (tv-out), probably also with the help of hardware scaling. Is such a thing possible?
