I am looking for this visual theme for firefox but can not find it....

| I don't know about the icons but the 'look' of it I think is from qtcurve (this is not a theme for firefox but a engine for gtk). |

I think it's actually the Linspire theme for firefox... but I have had no luck finding it anywhere...

Doesn't exist, so this may be a good opportunity to learn how to make themes yourself

I actually made a theme! But it's for XP:

That theme only works for earlier Firefoxes... pity!
