Hi,
I just got a fresh strip of 1 GB ram. O and i love it. So now i have 1,5 GB ram in my laptop. However my bcm43xx drivers wich are build into my kernel now all of sudden cause kernel panics.
Now it seems to be some problem that the bcm43xx drivers have with > 1GB of ram. But still...
I did some googleling but all it got was that i had to enable HIGHMEM in my kernel. I have a native AMD64 installation so can't enable HIGHMEM.
Anyone know how to fix this?
thnx in advance,

added a mem=1024M boot parameter. Noweverything works like a charm (so it really is a mem problem!!!)..
Have to ive with it for now... until a more decent solution is at hand...
