I have it working under gnome with esd and alsa9. What is the problem your are having? Ist the plugin not loading at all or is it not just reacting to your input ?

I can't get it to work.

Initialy, it is set to use ALSA, but I'm using ESD. When I click the krell's Option button and set source to EsounD, the whole gkrellm2 process hangs.
