eth0 need to restart after boot

Hi all recently i upgraded to gnome 2.16 and baselayout 1.12.4-r7 and after that i have a strange problem.While net.eth0 is setup to dhcp and also net.eth1 after boot i have to restart net.eth0 with

I have two servers running as x86 that are having the same problem after weekend upgrades. One said local and netmount were 'broken' using rc-status. Correcting them didn't solve the problem.
