Virus Scanning Incoming Email with Procmail?

I see that there are several virus scanners available for emerging.
I would like to scan my incoming email.
My current setup is:
Getmail retrieves mail from server
Procmail/Spamassassin filters mail in deposits in my maildir folders.
I read mail using IMAP with either SquirrelMail or Sylpheed.

Is there a way to add a virus scanner to the incoming mail processing?
