I installed Gentoo, and network worked well last few days.
But, when I was reboot my system, eth0 does not working.

maybe I was emerge tetex, and afs system(and it worked well), just before reboot.

see below:

ping 127.0.0.1 : worked well
ping 141.223.163.99 : unreachable (that is my gateway ip address)

ethtool eth0 : speed and duplex unknown

/etc/conf.d/net :
config_eth0 = ( "141.223.163.100 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 141.223.163.255" )
routes_eth0 = ( " default gw 141.223.163.99 ")

rc-update -s :

apache2 | default
bootmisc | boot
checkfs | boot
clock | boot
consolefont | boot
hostname | boot
keymaps | boot
local | default nonetwork
localmount | boot
modules | boot
mysql | default
net.eth0 | default
net.lo | boot
ntpd | default
rmnologin | boot
sshd | default
syslog-ng | default
urandom | boot
vixie-cron | default
vsftpd | default

(I deleted openafs-client in rc-update)

my network card is 3c2000-t

1. Post ifconfig eth0
2. Check network card support in the kernel
