Apache need to be restarted after 5 min

Hi to all!
I worked since 1 year, with an app called mapserver taken from this bug; this app uses apache to visualize map on the web.
Since i upgraded to GCC 4.1, after surfing the map for about 5 min, apache stop work, and need to be restarted.

Anyone got an idea of what i am missing?

Did you check the log files for clues ?
