Any help for a CD burner locking the 2.6 kernel in the middle of a boot? |

In 2.6, it is advisable to use ATAPI instead of IDE-SCSI emulation.
This will also clear your boot manager from funnny append-statements and will allow DMA burning. It really simple to set up.
Just search these forums and come back with any detailed question/error message (or better: a success note ). Good luck. |
