I should be able to remove the IPv6 use flag from my system without any problems shouldn't I? My home network doesn't use v6 and I don't think any websites do...do they? |

IPv6 is not an option for most home networks yet. Even if all computers and network devices would be able to speak IPv6 I does not help much if your ISP does not supports it. (most don't)
You can use tunnels to get out to the existing IPV6 world but it's not more than an experiment.
Try it again in some years, when the the internet has run out of IPv4 addresses.
