My wireless card uses madwifi-ng. I can connect to my home wireless network just fine using /etc/init.d/net.ath0 with dhcpcd, but cannot connect to my network with dhclient and NetworkManager.

You'll probably have to provide something useful to get any advice - networkmanager's output to /var/log/messages when trying to connect would be a good start. _________________ What are you, stupid? |

It wasn't saying anything out of the ordinary. For some reason, even though I didn't have net.ath0 in any of my runlevels, it was still being loaded (even when I deleted it from /etc/init.d). So I looked some more on the forums and it told me to emerge netplug and it solved the problem. |
