In the next couple of weeks I will be moving from the following set of hardware:

AMD Mobile 2500+ @ 2.4 gHz
NF7-S V2.0 (nforce2)
1GBMushkin Lvl1 PC3500

To

AMD Sempron 64 3300+ Socket 754
BIOSTAR NF325-A7 (nforce3)
1GB PNY 3200

I want to come up with a proper migration path so I don't have to bother reinstalling Gentoo. I know I"ll have to recompile the kernel. What drivers am I going to have to change to? Also what else do I need to do? I imagine I'll have to recompile the whole system to make use of the new processor, but I can't think of anything else.

Thanks.
