HI

When I open cups on e.g. localhost:631 and clik on e.g. configure printer an internet page is opened. How do I change this so that it opens the configuration?

Gentoo-Ed,

That suggests that localhost is not resolving or port 631 is closed.

Try http://127.0.0.1:631

Gentoo-Ed,

You should already have an entry in /etc/hosts that says
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost
add it if its missing
