network printer [SOLVED]

Here at work we have several hp 1320n laserjet printers on our network.
They all are network ready printers with their own ip addresses. I have
searched the forums and the documentation for answers, but all I can find
is information that pertains to using a printer on a windows share or a print
server. Can someone please point me to a howto or information on how I
would setup and use a network ready printer.
