I've compiled qemu-8.2 with gcc-3.4.6. But I can't get it working. I try to run the following line:
Code: |
radu@akira /mnt/hdd1/iso_lin $ qemu -localtime -hda disk.img -cdrom debian-testing-i386-netinst.iso -boot d -m 256
But nothing happens, no window comes up and there is no output in the terminal. But the CPU is 100% ... I've waited 1 min, but still nothing...

check to make sure that you have the SDL use flag compiled in. If you do not, you will not get any display, but the program will be running properly, sans the display. |

My prob too! Thanks! _________________ I have it my way no matter what, and I build it every time, 'cause they don't sell them that way. A genius is always has what he wants, but a rich person does not. I'm a rich kid with no money! That's why I chose Gentoo... |
