In XMMS, go to Options->Preferences->Audio I/O Plugins. Click Configure for the output plugin (looks like you're using the ALSA output plugin). Then under device settings, try setting the mixer to use software volume control or try setting the mixer device to "Master". |

I turned on "USE SOFTWARE VOLUME CONTROL", but my mixer device can't be "Master". Mixer device can be changed to: "front, front mic, surround, center, lfe, side. line, cd, mic"
So i turned "Surround" option and clicked on "USE SOFTWARE VOLUME CONTROL" button. Effect of it is : there is NO Warning on konsole, but i still can't hear anything. What's more i still can't add mp3 into the list !.
What i should do now? |
