Hi,
Couldn't find a clear answer for my question, so perhaps someone can help me?
I just want to know if a dual core amd64 can benefit from the the kernel numa support?
I think since amd64 dual core are sharing the same HT-link and the same memory controller, then numa support won't add any performance benefit.
Am I right?

Yes. Only multi-socket boards can benefit from NUMA. |
