MS Access snapshop file type

How could I open this file in gentoo?
Or could I convert it to something else, which I can open?

If you own Access you could try Access + wine. I've heard 2000 and 2002 work with recent versions of wine.

Another option might be mdbtools. It's ok for accessing data in Access but I never had the need for snapshots, so i don't know about that.
