Heres an idea that might be nice, correct me if it is already available
It would be quite nice to have an area of www.gentoo.org devoted to new ebuilds that have recently been added to portage, in the same vane that on www.kde.org it has a list of the top most recently added apps to apps.kde.com. It would be nice to be able to go to www.gentoo.org and know there and then what was new in portage.
What does everyone think of this idea?

I'd definitely check that site a few times a day.
It's just like the daily freshmeat-newsletter that results in lots of new opened phoenix-tabs _________________ linux user 65882 |

well i know they have one in the weekly newsletter but it only covers the big ones. It would be nice to have one updated instantly. |

Maybe even an RSS feed for it. That would be useful, not to mention easy to integrate into the website. _________________ Want Free games?

Wow, I would love something like an RSS feed of this. I would put it on my Karamba desktop along with slashdot and CNN |
