nvidia 3 head, 2 card setup [partly solved]

i have a pci riva tnt2 and an agp fx5200 in my system, which were happily running 3 monitors in ubuntu - the tnt2 was running under the nv driver, and the fx under the nvidia driver. anyway, this being gentoo and all, please can you explain to me how to coerce the nvidia and nvidia-legacy drivers to run side by side? i don't have any framebuffer driver in the kernel, anything else you need to know, please ask
