Id emerged this ebuild but about:plugings show "Flash 7" anyways ? :(

Edit: And symlink to that nsbrowser dir is set....
Maybe i should try to delete my ~mozilla dir

No, you have to remove the old .xpt file from the plugin folder.

No need for that, just delete ~/.mozilla/pluginreg.dat. Even if you don't, you should still have Flash 9 (check here), it's just about:plugins that's misleading.
