vhosting: mail & mailing list management

I'm vhosting, and am thinking of adding mail account and mailing list management for my customers. What good tools are there around for them to manage the stuff themselves?... I know that there are tools out there to manage the whole box, but what about diff logins for diff vhost-accounts. So that my customers will only be able to add/remove mail accounts under their own domain.

I want to set max number on mail accounts, mailing list and mail aliases for users.

You could have a look at ispman (http://www.ispman.org)

Although it is a management package for the entire box it also has
management modules for customers.
