Just tried compiz and beryl and found that compiz runs more smoothly in my machine. Unfortunately, the beryl-manager which exists in portage works only for beryl. Is there something similar for compiz or I have to stick with the gconf-editor?
thanks |

thanks MickTux!
with "how to +ebuild" in google, I only found the gentoo linux doumentation wich didn"t help me a lot (I am a beginer).
My turn now:
compiz is fully themable simply with gnome-theme-manager... and everything was already on the forum
(the part with the gconftool-2)
