|
|
I am trying to get my linksys card working with my system, but I haven't been too successful. So I am going to start from scratch. I am going to act like I don't have the modules installed, and nothing active in the kernel so that I can see if I am on the right path. Can anyone point me into the right direction for installing and configuring a Linksys WMP54G Wireless Nic, Ver 4.1 ??
Kernel - 2.6.18-r1
~amd64

hi williamjonah,
what about ndiswrapper? i'm using that for quite some time and i'm quite happy with it, since there is no support in linux for my card.
cheers!

i have read in a couple of places that I cannot use ndis with a ver 4.1 linksys.. and that the rt2500 package in portage will work.. (but it doesnt). Thanks though _________________ http://www.geekbin.net |
