Hi!
When I boot up I get this error message:

udevd[936]: main: the kernel does not support inotify, udevd can't monitor configuration file changes

It passes on and boots up normally after that, there seems to be no problems.. But it wasn't there the last time I rebooted, and I don't know if it's good or not. 
I really don't know what caused it, I did a emerge -NuD world, installed mutt, gnupg and I did a lot of other stuff before I rebooted...
Anyone know what it's about? I tried to google it but it turned out nothing.

You are missing a 'nice to have' feature. The kernel is able to notify user space programs when files change.
This feature is called Inotify support in the kernel.
Its a kernel rebuild to fix it.
Go into make menuconfig. Press /, enter intoify and go to the menu path it tells you.
Turn on Intoify Support and build install and reboot your kernel
