KDE startup sound starts after session was restored

Hi.

Something that puzzles me since KDE 3.4: normally what people call "startup sound" is a sound that should be heard as soon as the environment starts and, in the case of KDE, as soon as KDE finishes initializing devices, for instance, right? But since KDE 3.4 the cute startup sound is heard a loooooong time after KDE has started, i.e. right after the session is restored (or right after KDE splash screen disppears). I can't call that a "startup sound" anymore, you know, unless it's been that way on purpose . Is it? That's my question.
