How to get rid of Samba shares on my Gnome desktop

When I share a drive on another machine it (a shortcut) shows up on my Gnome dekstop. Well actually two of the three do. It looks like the three are configured the same. I don't understand why only 2 of 3 show up. What I really want is none of them to show up on my desktop. How do I do that?
