Problems with XFCE4 - taskbar not showing windows...[solved]

I had a problem with XFCE4 - taskbar wouldn't show any windows that was opened and non of the XFCE-built-in stuff (like settings) wouldn't even open at all. I'm just posting in case anyone else has same/similar problem ...

And it was due having .config file in my home folder. Apparently it couldn't create .config directory in that case - so everything was messed up. I just renamed the file - and it was kernel configuration file - don't ask why I had it there
