What Prcessor Type for Kernel Config on VMware guest?

Ok, I'm installing Gentoo as a guest on an esx server.

Configuring the kernel, what processor type do I select? This is a HP dl360 G5 with dual Intel Xeon 5120 (dual core) processors, though gentoo ill only see one CPU.....
