Hello everybody,
I have got problem with Intel HDA ACL 861 sound card in my Optimus laptop.
I've searched board and google looking for some solution to my problem, but I haven't found it ;/
As many solution says I'm using only the alsa-driver alsa-lib and alsa-utils from portage, not kernel compiled.
in my make.conf i put even both (but tried every combination)

alsaconf detects my card and it looks like everything is ok
modules load, no errors
but
I simply cannot turn up the FRONT chanel in alsamixer or amixer, It's unmuted but set to 00
lspci says

I've tried nearly everything then I decided to write a post there

To be honest I did changed my laptop 
Niestety nie znalazlem innego sposobu, to jest karta Indel HDA robiona przez Realtec,
chyba narazie nie ma na nia mocnych ;/ |

| I just got a new desktop with an onboard soundcard that uses this driver. I have a similar problem. I can't turn up the "Headphone" volume. I can turn up "Front" though. |
