Hi.
I'm using a Apple Pro USB keyboard with my Gentoo linux. I like this keyboard very much but there is one problem, and that is getting the extra buttons to work. The Volume up and down, mute and eject buttons. Been trying to use a app called linEAK to help me make them work but this app always stoppes working when I click outside the konsole window wich I used to start the app in. Anyone know a way to fix this or another app that is known to do this ??
Using kde 3.2.2
Kernel 2.6.5
Thanks ![Smile :)](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Hey there,
I believe that kde has its own multimedia key program. If that does not work for you, check out xev. Learn more about it from the man page. It has helped me with my keyboard.

I just spent a lot of time on this issue, I think it's KHotkeys that scoon was talking about. Just thought I'd fill ya in. _________________ "it's like sex, except over ssh" ~Valkura
