I used to use my pcmcia-cf adapter to download pictures from my camera. To achieve it I compiled

Code:

CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDECS=m

in kernel, modprobed ide-cs, and everything worked flawlessly.
Now I've changed kernel to 2.17-gentoo-r8 and there is no such option

What can I do to have my adater work again :?:

BTW if I insert my card, dmesg says
