Help with keybindings for urxvt

I would like to bind ctrl+space to the command to scroll up and alt (meta) space to the command to scroll down. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

I have it doesnt seem to list all the commands you could give as arguments however.

Hmpf - 'man 7 urxvt' shows even more examples ...
